Mediterranean Masterclass

Real Sailing. Real Leadership. Real Mediterranean Experience.

The Mediterranean Masterclass is built on realistic, hands-on training in the environments where skippers actually sail.
You navigate real routes, manage real conditions and take real responsibility exactly as you would on your own voyage.
Through this process, sailors evolve into leaders. Each participant takes command, guides the crew, makes decisions and learns how to communicate with clarity, confidence, and authority on board.
At the same time, the journey unfolds across the iconic destinations of Greece. Harbors, islands, and open-water passages are not just scenery. Τhey are part of the learning experience, combining seamanship development with the privilege of sailing one of the world’s most rewarding maritime landscapes.
You don’t just attend a course.
You train, you lead, and you experience the Mediterranean as a true skipper.

Perfect For:

  • Licensed skippers who want real confidence in diverse conditions
  • Adventurers seeking a learning experience that blends seamanship, travel, and leadership

What Makes It So Special?

The Mediterranean Masterclass is not a passive course, but a command-based training experience designed to develop you into a confident skipper. Participants actively lead, make real decisions, and train in the same conditions they will later face at sea.

Through live passages, harbor maneuvers, and crew coordination, the program builds practical seamanship, situational awareness, responsibility and the judgment required to command a yacht safely and effectively.

What You’ll Learn

  • Passage planning and navigation (day and night)
  • Crew management and real leadership practice
  • Enviromental Awareness
  • Anchoring and docking techniques (stern-to, side docking)
  • Safety drills, including Man Over Board
  • Seamanship

Every participant takes turns as “Skipper of the Day”, leading the crew, planning the passage, and making decisions under the instructor’s guidance, accepting full responsibility for the consequences and performance of those decisions in real conditions.

A Typical Day

  • Morning: Set sail and practice maneuvers in varying conditions

  • Midday: Arrival at a new island, docking or anchoring under real challenges

  • Afternoon: Relax, explore, or join group activities (hiking, cooking challenges, SUP)

  • Evening: Crew briefing, debrief of the day’s lessons, planning for tomorrow

  • Night: Optional night sailing under the stars

This balance of training, adventure, and teamwork turns a group of strangers into a real crew.
